		<description>I have bad stories about PF too- so my advice is to get it diagnosed and then start treating it- I had cortisone injections for mine and it still took me a year to get back running properly (sorry I bet you didn&#039;t want to hear that!)</description>

		<description>I hope it isn&#039;t full PF that can be a bitch. My wife had it, and it still hasn&#039;t completely gone, for 2 years, so look after it. Another good idea is a frozen bottle of water and roll it under the foot.</description>
