Add-on comment: With 8.5kms I meant Clontarf to Redcliffe lagoon and retour (well, not the whole distance back, due to ‘skin friction problems’ …I know that distance is nothing for you ….
By the way…speaking of struggling with focus – don’t we all have that problem, to a higher or lesser degree? I mean, I am researching stuff on the Internet, and come to think of your blog, then read what a fantastic dinner you had after our run and I add some lines of comments….have I lost my focus ? Well, I’d better go back then to where I left …cheers for now.

I enjoyed the Sandgate run last Monday….Anja and I did another run from Pelican park in Clontarf to the lagoon in Redcliffe, 8.5km yesterday. This time we started off a bit earlier than the normal 5 o’clock during the week, so could enjoy some daylight.
